Groups

Sometimes the most powerful part of recovery isn't the information. It's realising you're not alone.

Our groups are small, structured, and led by experienced clinicians. They’re a space to learn practical skills, share what feels safe, and connect with others on a similar path.

We offer in-person groups at our Norwood rooms and online options, so you can find what works for your life.

Group therapy and individual therapy often work well together, and for many people, a group is exactly the right fit on its own. Whether you’re already working with a therapist or coming to us fresh, our groups offer the experience of being understood by people who truly get it, not just professionally but personally.
